About NMP:

Nevada Mine Properties II, Inc. (NMP) is a privately-owned subchapter S Nevada corporation that was forged from a syndicate formed in 1984. The syndicate funded three people to conduct a prospecting venture in the western US. During a 5-year period nearly 1,000 prospects were identified, sampled and many were mapped. The syndicate staked or acquired over 100 projects from these prospects. During the evolution of the syndicate approximately $4 million was spent to assess, acquire, maintain and explore, resulting in drill-indicated resources totaling ~750,000 ounces of gold in ten of the projects.

Nevada Mine Properties was formed in 1990 by the partners after the syndicate’s rights were sold to an oil and gas company. The partners retained a royalty interest in the projects as well as reversionary rights to projects that were ultimately returned. In 1992 eighty percent of Nevada Mine Properties was sold to Equinox Mining (Ross Beatty) while the partners retained reversionary rights.

Nevada Mine Properties II, Inc. was created to both acquire new projects and receive projects relinquished by Equinox. Equinox was sold to Hecla in 1995. NMP II currently holds 10 projects and two royalty positions. Six of the projects are currently leased out to major mining companies, junior companies and private groups. Over 650,000 ounces of gold as drill-indicated resources are hosted in six of NMP’s active projects. Further, drill-ready targets are supported by anomalous to ore-grade gold intercepts, open in several directions. NMP has extensive files supported by various chip trays, drill rejects-pulps, and core developed over the years on these projects and many other projects and prospects.

Recent developments affecting NMP’s royalty position held on lands covering extensions of the Trenton Canyon mine: SSR Mining, operators of the Marigold mine and satellites, recently purchased the lands underlying NMP’s Trenton Canyon royalty as part of a major land acquisition in Buffalo Valley. SSR is actively mining adjacent to the Trenton Canyon area and will be releasing a mineral resource assessment in early 2020.
