PS PROJECT, MINERAL COUNTY, NV

The PS Project is located approximately 36 kilometers south of Gabbs, Nevada in an un-surveyed Township within Mineral County, Nevada. The property is comprised of 23 unpatented mining claims for 460 acres and is currently leased.

Mineralization is hosted in Luning limestone altered to jasperoid, skarn developed along the intrusive-sediment contact, and within altered quartz monzonite of probable Oligocene age.

The area has been explored for copper, lead, zinc, silver and gold evidenced by adits, shafts and pits throughout the area. Utah International explored the property from 1981 to 1984. Their work consisted of geologic mapping, geochemical sampling, and drilling of 21 RC holes in two phases during 1983 and 1984 (CMRC-1 - 21). The best intercept was 8 meters @ 0.11 opt gold with numerous 3 to 25-meter intervals of 0.00X to 0.0X opt Au.

Canyon Resources Corp entered into a joint venture with Utah and conducted geologic mapping, geochemical sampling and completed an additional 37 RC holes in two phases during 1986 and 1988 (CMRC 22 – 58). Canyon concentrated their efforts around the best Utah holes with hole spacings from 30 to 70 meters apart. Their best intercept was 3 meters @ 0.26 opt gold. Bond Gold leased the property from Canyon in 1989 and completed 3 RC holes (CM 89-1 – 89-3). A magnetic survey was completed by Canyon in January 1990.

Nevada Mine Properties staked the property in 1992 and leased it to Columbus Gold. Cordex re-mapped and sampled the property in 2007. A total of 61 RC holes have been completed for a total of 5328 meters for an average of 86 meters in depth.

Triassic Luning Formation consisting of thick-bedded limestone and siltstone has been invaded by Oligocene granodiorite and younger andesite and quartz porphyry dikes. The sediments generally strike to the northwest and dip moderately to steeply southwest. The carbonates have locally been altered to jasperoid containing anomalous to ore-grade gold. These jasperoids are localized along bedding adjacent to northerly to northeasterly trending structures and have been the primary drill targets of past exploration. Local skarn development occurs along the limestone-granodiorite contact in the south and east portions of the propertywhere a network of shallow shafts and adits indicate probable unrecorded production.

Previous drilling has defined an east-west corridor of higher grades with a strike length of ~480 meters and a width of 75 meters. A shell of low-grade gold surrounds higher grades. This zone is approximately 380 meters by 520 meters. Extensions to the north, south and east of the drilling show elevated to strong values in jasperoid and siltstone (1 to 19.8 ppm gold and 1 to 74 ppm silver).

The property is currently leased out. NMP II believes a small gold resource has been defined by the drilling to date. Based on surface sampling, it is believed that additional resources will be identified as exploration continues.
