Golden Mile Project, Mineral County, Nevada, USA

The project is located approximately 32 kilometers south of the Paradise Peak Mine and 32 kilometers southwest of the Santa Fe Mine. The property includes five patented mining claims and 22 unpatented lode mining claims containing all resource listed below.

A resource was estimated for the project containing 2,409,805 tons grading 0.064 opt gold for a total contained 154,227 ounces gold based on results from 58 of the 114 holes drilled to date. A Cordex Exploration-generated mineral inventory used a cutoff of 0.04 opt gold and is estimated at 979,814 tons grading 0.103 opt gold for a total contained 100,921 contained ounces of gold. Neither of these resources are 43-101 compliant. An additional 37 holes have been drilled since the above resources were calculated.

Mineralization is intrusion related gold-copper hosted as exo- and endo-skarn, massive replacements of carbonate rocks, and shear hosted gold. Highly mineralized (+0.3 opt gold), structurally controlled breccia and shear zones occur in both sedimentary and intrusive host rocks. These structurally controlled zones contain values in drilling of quarter to half ounce per ton gold over 5 to 95 feet in thickness.

Lower grades of disseminated gold occurs in intrusive, limestone, shale, and locally in overlying Tertiary volcanic rocks. Intercepts of +100 feet grading + 0.025 and up to 330 feet grading +0.015 ounces of gold per ton have been intersected in numerous drill holes. Mineralization occurs with stockwork veining, argillic alteration and silicification. A broad halo of +100 ppb gold defines the higher grades of mineralization at surface. The drill defined resource is open ended in all directions.

Additional targets have been identified outside of the above-mentioned targets. These targets include a magnetic high with at least 2 holes intersecting anomalous gold and magnetite at depth (see cross-section). Mineralization may have been truncated or offset by post mineral faulting on the south end. Additionally, limited exploration has tested beneath the syn to post-mineral volcanic section to the north with encouraging results. The project has an upside of +1 million ounces at +0.06 opt gold.

A complete data package is available for review at NMP’s office once a confidentiality agreement is completed. Skeleton core and chips are also available for examination. These include drilling programs conducted in the past by Battle Mountain Gold Corp., USMX, Cordex and Kinross.

The project is currently available for lease under favorable terms.
